We’re excited to be expanding our skills and enterprise programmes over the next few months, and we’re hiring a Programmes Coordinator and some new Freelance Facilitators to help us do it!

Echo is known for our inclusive, innovative peer-to-peer skills and enterprise programmes. Over the past 8 years, we’ve delivered more than 20 bespoke programmes, supporting over 300 businesses to get started and grow. From accelerator programmes to Action Learning groups spanning a range of industries, our programmes are varied and diverse – but all have our peer-to-peer methodology embedded at the core.

We’re hiring a Programmes Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, super organised and process-driven individual to join our team as Programmes Coordinator, to support the delivery and development of our peer-to-peer skills and enterprise programmes.

Key details

> 4 – 5 days per week

> 9 month fixed term contract with scope for extension

> £27,000 – £30,000 FTE (pro rata)

> Supporting programme delivery across London

Your responsibilities

As Programmes Coordinator, you will take the lead on all the organisational and administrative aspects of our programmes. From recruitment to comms and admin, you’ll take care of all the critical elements that help make our programmes brilliant and ensure that they run smoothly.

In this role, you will:

> Handle all administrative aspects of our programmes, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling sessions, communications and pre and post assessments

> Ensure programme participants have a fantastic experience from start to finish

> Support with the design and delivery of creative and impactful events

> Take every opportunity to make connections and build our network of purpose-driven entrepreneurs

About you

We are looking for someone who is…

> Passionate about entrepreneurship, with a good understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape in London

> Highly organised and process-driven

> A strong written and verbal communicator

> Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

> Committed to diversity and inclusion

We’re recruiting Freelance Facilitators

We are growing our roster of freelance facilitators to co-host our programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for flexible, meaningful work alongside other projects, or who is looking to grow their peer-to-peer facilitation skillset.

Facilitators play a very important role in the delivery of all our programmes. Typically, the facilitator will host programme sessions (either online or in person), hosting the space for programme participants, guiding the conversation and ensuring all participants have a positive experience. Facilitators will be supported in their role by the wider Echo programmes team, who handle aspects like admin, comms and co-hosting where needed.

Key details

> Part-time, flexible options available (for example, hosting fortnightly sessions over a 3 month programme)

> Supporting programme delivery across London and online

> Rates of £150 – 200 per session available, dependent on experience

> Opportunities to train up and build your skill-set with other Echo facilitators

About you

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience…

> Excellent facilitation skills, with relevant training and qualifications and/or track record

> Skilled at group facilitation and creating supportive, collaborative learning environments

> Experience of supporting / working with entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses and/or young entrepreneurs

> Knowledge and experience of Creative Facilitation or Action Learning is desirable, but not essential

> Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

> Committed to diversity and inclusion
