New Digital Skills Workshops

By Sarah Henderson
18.08.2020

We’re excited to announce the next three workshops in our digital skills series!

Over the last few months we’ve been speaking to hundreds of Echo members and small business owners about how Covid-19 has impacted their businesses. So, we’ve decided to make our next three Echo workshops completely free and open to all (0 Echoes!) to support as many small businesses as possible to get back on their feet after a tough few months.

We’ve chosen the topics based on some of the biggest needs we’ve identified amongst our members, including how to raise money through crowdfunding and how to boost your online presence via social media and digital marketing.

These workshops are being delivered in partnership with Loughborough University London’s #DigitalSkills programme, where London-based businesses can access lots more free support. Each workshop contains 5 hours of content in total, delivered over two sessions. You’ll need to commit to attending both sessions in order to confirm your place.

Join Pete Walter founder of Buzzramp on this practical 5-hour course, designed to give a thorough understanding of how to best use digital marketing to fill your funnel with leads and transform this new audience into paying customers.

Lots of small businesses shy away from marketing because there’s so many options and opinions out there and it can seem overwhelming.

But it doesn’t – and shouldn’t – have to be like that. Just following a few simple principles and setting aside a bit of time regularly for marketing will take the stress out of it and help anyone improve.

In this workshop, Pete will show you how to prioritise and get the most important work done quickly, and how that will naturally lead to an everyday marketing plan that works for your small business.

This course is specifically designed for businesses who are registered companies (with a company number) and is tailored towards your needs.
